This dry translucent purple wine has a medium body and a medium to long finish. In the nose I get raspberry, tannins, Earthy, oak, and cherry. In the mouth I get strawberry, cherry, and tannins. This wine is very interesting with pairings. Pasta with a garlic-butter, cheese, and sundried tomatoes goes well. Gorgonzola on a cracker has a fun pairing sensation. Kalamata olives go well. Milk chocolate with lingon berries is excellent
